The police are ready to turn a blind eye to the minor offenses of fans who will come to Russia to participate in the World Cup 2018, but they will strictly punish serious violators, as the First Deputy Head of the Security Service for Major International and Mass Sports Events of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General of Police Anton Gusev stated.

      “We have a very loyal attitude to the fans who come to the country and will not violate the law and order, maybe we will turn a blind eye to some minor offenses, taking into account our legislation, but we are ready take strict measures against real offenders”, Gusev said at a press conference held in Moscow on Wednesday.
