The Head of the Centre for Strategic Research (CSR), the former Finance Minister Aleksei Kudrin, criticized the draft law on the response to the US anti-Russian sanctions submitted to the State Duma and expressed an opinion that this would result only in the exacerbation of Russia’s recess.

      According to the former Minister’s words, the authors of the document “were apparently in a hurry”. The bill affects legal entities with the American share exceeding 25 percent, however, according to Kudrin, there are many companies on the Russian market with this share exceeding 30 percent. Besides, he stressed the strong dependence of the domestic market on imports, including in the sphere of high technology.
