In March 2018 Russians increased the amount of spare cash up to 20.2 thousand roubles, but their purchase power decreased. This is evidenced by the results of the study conducted by the “Romir” holding company. The average annual spare cash index (SCI), taking into account the data of the first quarter, amounted to 19.5 thousand roubles.

      “The Indicators of SCI in the current year are still larger than the values for the similar periods of previous years”, as the materials of “Romir” said. According to the data of the study, in March 2017 the volume of spare cash amounted to 15.5 thousand roubles. In February 2018 it made up 18.8 thousand roubles.
