The Department of Homeland Security of the USA has published a report accusing the Russian authorities of organizing cyber attacks on the country’s energy system.

      The document says that “the hackers supported by the Russian government” organized a multi-stage campaign against the “network of small business objects”, managed to introduce malicious software with the use of phishing and got remote access to the energy sector.

      According to “The Washington Post”, the report says that hackers also intruded into the nuclear, commercial, water, aviation and manufacturing sectors.
