The Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing launched a hot line for the guests of the World Cup 2018. “On February 19 Rospotrebnadzor is launching the All-Russian hotline for consumers timed to the FIFA World Cup 2018; the hot line will continue to work until the end of the events of the World Cup. The experts of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing will advise on accommodation prices, the sale of products with the symbols of the World Cup and other aspects of consumer rights protection” – the agency’s message said.
The Federal Tourism Agency has already included 69 hotels deliberately rising prices for accommodation on the eve of the World Cup 2018 into the “black list”.
