The highest viewing platform in Europe will be opened on the 89th floor of the "Federation Tower" Vostok of the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City" in spring, the capital's construction department reports with reference to the General Director of the "Federation Tower" Mikhail Smirnov.

According to him, the observation deck will be made on the 89th floor of the tower "Vostok", which is the highest in Europe. The height of the new site will be 374 m. Exhibitions, film screenings, and multimedia performances will be held there.
