Russian authorities want to allocate more budget funds for education. In addition, it is planned to increase spending on health and infrastructure development.

      The Strategic Research Center plans that in six years, the state's financing of the education sector will increase by 0.8 percent. The share allocated for the infrastructure should increase as much. The increase in health care financing should amount to 0.7 percent.

      The reform should start this year already.
