Gastronomic festival "High cuisine" will gather hundreds of participants in Dombay. 

      Presentations of national dishes of the peoples of the North Caucasus will be held in the resort village of Dombai in Karachaevo-Cherkessia at the gastronomic festival of national dishes of the mountainous areas "High cuisine".

      "The festival of national dishes of mountain territories will be held on November 4 at an altitude of 1650 meters above sea level in the village of Dombai, where dishes of different nations cooked according to old recipes will be presented, and experienced cooks at professional master classes will teach the guests of the festival the secrets of cooking their beloved national dishes," the representative of the festival organizing committee reports.

      At the same time, creative groups from the south of Russia will perform for the guests of the festival national dances and songs of different nationalities.

      The organizer of the gastronomic event is Karachay-Cherkess State University named after U.D.Aliyev with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The festival is dedicated to the Day of National Unity.
