Supporters of Navalny decided to stay on Manezhnaya Square for the night.

Supporters of Alexei Navalny announced that they intend to remain on the Manezhnaya Square, demanding the release of the politician and head of his election campaign, Leonid Volkov, from arrest. The Twitter "Protest Moscow" reported that there are about 300 people on the square. According to the "Open Russia", those gathered in the square called upon to bring them tents and warm clothes.

On October 7, in Moscow, the participants of the action, which the mayor's office did not agree on, marched along Tverskaya Street and arranged a rally on Pushkin Square. Law enforcement officers did not detain the protesters. Aleksey Navalny and Leonid Volkov were arrested in early October for 20 days for a repeated violation of the rules of the rally. The court found that they called for uncoordinated actions.
