According to the forecast of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the deficit of federal budget will amount to 1.33 trillion roubles, or 1.37 percent of GDP, in 2018 with the revenues of 15.18 trillion roubles and expenditures of 16.51 trillion roubles.

      The information about this has been taken from the draft law on the budget for 2018 and the period of 2019-2020 posted on the official web portal of regulatory acts. In 2019 the shortage of funds is expected to amount to 867 billion roubles, or 0.84 percent of GDP, in 2020 - to 960.3 billion roubles (0.87 percent), as the draft notes. At the same time, expenditures will amount to 16.4 trillion roubles and 17.2 trillion roubles in 2019 and 2020, respectively, and revenues will make up 15.55 trillion roubles and 16.28 trillion roubles.
