The Ministry of Finance is looking forward to preparing the concept of tax regulation for self-employed citizens by the end of this year; these citizens will be permitted to do without registration as individual entrepreneurs. This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Finance Ilya Trunin during the “Support of Russia” Forum.

      According to Trunin, they are preparing a pilot project with a new category of private persons. These persons will be able to receive income without registration as individual entrepreneurs, but at the same time there will be some rules regulating their tax and legal regimes. In early April Olga Golodets said that the salaries of at least 2.5 million Russians has been legalized in 2016.
