Enamored Mosquitoes Appeared In Komi

A metal sculpture of a couple of enamored mosquitoes was opened on a footpath in the city of Usinsk (Komi).


      
One and a half meter construction was installed on the "Path of Health" in a suburban forest. The monument is a figure of a couple of mosquitoes sitting on a bench under an umbrella.

      "This sculpture complements other small architectural forms that appeared on the trail after its reconstruction. The opening of the object was held as part of the celebration of the City Day," - noted the official. According to the press service of the Komi head, electric lighting and information stands about the flora and fauna of Usinsky district "It is interesting to know" were installed on the trail as well as picnic sites were arranged. 

      The 1.6 km long trail was put into operation in 2013.
