The S7 group of companies, which includes Siberia Airlines and Globus Airlines, increased passenger transportation by 9.8% in January-July 2017, compared to the same period last year, to 8 million people, Interfax was informed in the press- service of the Group.
Thus, passenger transportation on domestic routes grew by 8.9%, to 5.9 million people, on international routes - by 12.5%, to 2.1 million people. The group's report says that in July, the airlines carried 1.5 million passengers, including 1.1 million people on domestic routes and 450,000 people on international lines.
The S7 Airlines group includes Siberia Airlines (Airbus aircraft) and Globus (Boeing aircraft). Siberia Airlines, in the first half of 2017, took the third place in terms of passenger transportation in Russia, Globus - the 7th.
