Tuvan Mutton Gastronomic Festival

The first international festival of Tuvan mutton will be held on August 14-15. Konstantin Mineev, one of the most famous chefs of the Republic of Bashkortostan, will come to Kyzyl to participate in the Tuvan mutton festival, the representative of Ufa was sent to present the Bashkir national cuisine with dignity.

      The contest for cooking the most delicious mutton dish will be held within the framework of the festival. Participants will come from China, Mongolia, Ufa, Novosibirsk, Minusinsk and Tuva.

      According to the authorities, on August 14, in the town of Tos-Bulak in the yurt town,  there will be a qualifying stage in which the public catering enterprises of Kyzyl and districts of the Republic of Tuva will compete. Three winners will btake part inthe final competition, which will be held on August 15 in the sculptural complex "Center of Asia".
