After another check the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing prohibited swimming in the pond of the “Beach Club” beach complex in the north of the capital.

The water in the closed water area turned out to be out of compliance with sanitary standards. “If the results of a study of the water taken in this area meet the standards once again, swimming in this recreation area will be permitted again” - the regulatory agency specified. Swimming is prohibited throughout the territory of Northern District of the capital. However, there are recreational areas without swimming in the Northern Administrative District. You can sunbathe on the shores of Golovinskie and Angarskie ponds, in the “Druzhba” park, as well as at the coastal area of the Khimki water reservoir.
