“Otkritie” Bank and Sberbank took the first positions in the ranking of the leading digital retail financial organizations of Russia in 2017, according to the version of the “Global Finance” international magazine. At the same time, “Otkritie” won in three nominations throughout the whole region of Central and Eastern Europe: “The Most Innovative Digital Bank”, “The Best Project in Information Security” and “The Best Mobile Bank”.

      The ranking is formed by the experts of Infosys company on the basis of the following criteria: the effectiveness of the strategy of attracting and servicing digital clients, the success in transferring customers to the use of digital products, the breadth of the product line range, the cost-effectiveness of digital projects, as well as the design and functionality of the website and its mobile version.
