British Airways and Iberia (International Airlines Group) closed their offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Information was confirmed by a representative of British Airways. "It was decided to move offices to other cities outside of Russia and make a reservation by phone," said a British Airways representative.
In Moscow, British Airways and Iberia are based at the airport "Domodedovo". Companies are part of the international alliance Oneworld. Holding IAG in addition to British Airways and Iberia owns low-cost airlines Vueling and Aer Lingus. The fleet of the group of companies at the end of 2016 had 548 aircraft, serving 274 destinations around the world.
