The maximum amount of Russian gas transit through Ukraine will not exceed 15 billion cubic meters after the year 2019 when the contract on the volume and conditions of energy supplies across the country will be terminated. This was stated by Chairman of the Board of Gazprom, Aleksei Miller, as TASS reports.
“The restructuring of the gas transfer corridors on the territory of Russia predetermines that a possible potential volume of transit through the territory of Ukraine in the Central Corridor will make up from 10 to 15 billion cubic metres by the beginning of the year 2022” - the Head of the Russian Holding Company said.
