The company News Corporation, owned by the famous media magnate Mr. Rupert Murdock intends to expand its business in Russia, informs Daily Telegraph.
      
       The company plans to produce TV programs and to create in Russia its own platform of subscription TV.
      
       At present Mr. Pompadour, one of Mr. Murdock’s deputies is exploring the possibilities of Russian TV market, visiting Siberia and Volga region.
      
       “We are searching possibilities for further investing, - declares the deputy of Mr. Murdock. – Our corporation is going to increase radio and outdoor advertisement investing”.
       Besides, according to him, News Corporation is interested in creating its platform of fee TV and developing on-line mass media in Russia.
      
       Mr. Pompadour’s visit to Russia is aimed at better understanding of the fundamentals of the Russian media market, the newspaper reports.
