The Federal Tourism Agency of Russia has concluded agreements on granting of subsidies from the federal budget to 22 entities of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the Federal Program titled “Development of Domestic and Inbound Tourism (2011-2018)” for the year 2017, as the web site of Rostourism reports.
“A total of 3.4 billion roubles of subsidies have been distributed between the republics of Adygea, Altai, Buryatia, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, Republic of Karelia, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tatarstan, Udmurtia, Chuvash Republic, Stavropol and Khabarovsk Territories, as well as Vologda, Kaliningrad, Lipetsk, Murmansk, Veliky Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Pskov and Tver regions” – the agency’s message says. The regions will receive funds for the construction of infrastructure, tourist-and-recreational and caravanning clusters and for the creation comfortable conditions for the reception and service of tourists.
