The festival is opening in the Giant Park of St. Petersburg today.
It is going to be the 3rd Swiss Film Week in the city on Neva. The cultural program will start with the drama Homeland. The film dedicated to the country's destiny was made by ten young directors.
The program also includes the psychological drama Sibylla, which tells a story about a woman who becomes the witness of a suicide, and it changes her viewpoint on her own life.
The public will be introduced to the family drama A Decent Person by the film director and screenwriter Micha Lewinski. The movie was nominated for the Swiss Film Award 2015 in three categories and awarded for the Best Scenario. The feature film tells what to do if you happen to witness a crime.
The festival screenings will come to an end with the retrodrama Lina directed by Michael Schorer.
