On October 26, 2016 the delegation of the Government of Heilongjiang Province of the People’s Republic of China visited the Rosselkhoznadzor within the framework of the training seminar “Development of Russian economy and foreign trade” which took place at the Russian Presidential Academy of People’s  Economics and State Service.

      The Rosselkhoznadzor informed the representatives of the Chinese side about the structure and objectives of the Service, described its control functions in the field of animal health, quarantine and plant protection, as well as safety and quality provision of grain, products thereof and feeds. Special attention was paid to the issues that interested the Chinese side in particular: the Russian border veterinary control, implementation of the complex of the Rosselkhoznadzor electronic systems for automation of the processes in the Rosselkhoznadzor, and the transit procedure of products subject to veterinary inspection through the territory of Russia from China.
