Vladimir Spivakov has received a birthday present that he dreamed long of. It is Sergey Rachmaninov's bronze bust created by the famous Belarusian sculptors Lev and Sergey Gumilevskies. The ceremony was held in the International Music House on the eve of maestro's birthday.

      The gift was handed in by one of Europe's most famous producers, Maxim Berin who works with such stars as Anna Netrebko, Dmitry Khvorostovsky, José Karreras, Diana Vishneva, etc.

      Vladimir Spivakov noted that he was very happy to get such a present as he admired the Gumilevskies' creativity: at an exhibition in Minsk he was bewildered with the composer's bust made by the Belarusian artists.
