The value of the English mansions of the former Senator and founder of the International Industrial Bank (Mezhprombank) Sergey Pugachev arrested by the London Court is estimated at millions of pounds, as the representative of “Deposit Insurance Agency” (DIA) reported. The state corporation has acquired the right to sell them. This was reported by RIA Novosti on Thursday with a reference to the representative of DIA.
Pugachev was held liable for the debts of the International Industrial Bank in the amount of 81.2 billion roubles, as the agency reported. “Both objects have a high price, millions of pounds”- the representative of DIA said. We are talking about the sale of the “Old Battersea House” mansion in London, as well as “Lower Venn Farm” estate in Herefordshire.
