Deputy Defence Minister Anatoly Antonov told journalists that the Russian military department had invited in good faith and to support the transparency of the military activities of the Russian Armed Forces the foreign military attachés accredited in Moscow to the active stage of the strategic command-and-staff exercise Caucasus-2016 which would take place on September 9, 2016.

      According to the Deputy Defence Minister, the military attachés will be delivered to the venue of the exercise by an aircraft of military transport aviation. The foreign military diplomats will have the opportunity to observe the activities held during the exercise. There will also be a briefing on objectives and tasks of the exercise.
