Turkey Wants to Restore Large-scale Joint Projects With Russia

 Turkey considers it necessary to restore large-scale joint projects with Russia, including the construction of the gas pipeline “Turkish Stream” and “Akkuyu” NPP which is of paramount importance for the country. This was reported  by the Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yildirim. “It is important for Russia and Turkey to restore and implement projects on the “Turkish Stream” pipeline and the construction of “Akkuyu” NPP, as well as to pay attention to the possibility of increasing numbers of Russian tourist flow to the resorts of our country and our citizens to Russia” - he said.

      Yıldırım specified that the above-mentioned areas of cooperation have various importance degrees for Turkey, and the highest priority is given to the construction of a nuclear power plant.
