BRICS Countries Should Combine Efforts To Develop Exhibition Activities

Sergey Bednov, director general of Moscow Expocentre, states that exhibition resource of BRICS countries are used insufficiently.

      “All BRICS countries display an interest in participating in Russia’s industrial exhibitions for experts,” Chairman of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s (RF CCI) Committee for Exhibition and Congress Activity, Director General of Expocentre AO Sergey Bednov said. He spoke at the BRICS business forum that was held within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2016.

“More than 6,000 companies from China alone take part in Russian exhibitions every year”, said Mr. Bednov. Chinese businesses are represented in all the expo subjects and product groups – ranging from power engineering, machine building and electronics to medicine, food products and consumer goods.
