Sberbank plans to introduce identification of its customers by voice and appearance in two or three years. This was told to the “Izvestia” newspaper by the Head of the credit organization German Gref. According to him, this will allow to perform any operations via phone without conveying confidential information.

      “We are reviewing a number of approaches to security issues. For example, such as voice recognition and image recognition. These solutions which bring the accuracy of identification up to 99.9 percent are now at the level of high degree of readiness” - he said.
