In the second half of 2017 or early 2018 a new pension system in Russia will be implemented. This was told by the Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov in his interview to "Russia 24" TV channel.

      "During this year we will develop all points very thoroughly. I hope that this will happen in  the second half of 2017 - beginning of 2018 ", - TASS quotes his words.

      At the same time the official did not specify any details about the new pension system.
