In the summer schedule Azur Air Airlines will operate flights from Rostov-on-Don to Monastir and Enfidha (Tunisia), Heraklion (Greece) and Barcelona (Spain), according to the information from the Department of Strategic Communication of Rostov-on-Don airport.
As clarified by the director of the Department of Strategic Communications JSC "Airport Rostov-on-Don" Olga Ladeyschikova to Interfax, Azur Air started operating weekly flights to Heraklion since the 1st of May, to Barcelona – since the 3rd of May and to Enfidha – since the 9th of May. The flights will be operated on Boeing-757-200 designed to carry 238 passengers. Direct flights to Tunisia from Rostov-on-Don are renewed for the first time since 2014. In 2015 Rostov airport served 7 thousand 586 tourists on flights to Heraklion and 4 thousand 815 tourists to Barcelona.
