Russian Foundation for Advanced Research Projects in the Defense Industry and the medical community intend to found an interdepartmental laboratory for adapting military technologies to serve the needs of civil medicine, the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin told to journalists on Saturday.

      

      He added that this collaboration would be bilateral, because the defense industry can organize work at all defensive enterprises for the benefit of health care.

      

      "It is right from the moral point of view and profitable from the economical point of view, because we will bring the money back to the country, and defense industry will prove that it is not only fit to equip the armed forces, but can also adequately provide for whatever is needed to our health care and other civil industries of our economy" — Mr. Rogozin concluded.
