Dmitry Mendeleyev Regional Scientific Library of Tyumen will host an exhibition of the Soviet film posters.

      

      February 26 will see the opening of the exhibition Cinema World. This exposition will be dedicated to the Year of Cinema in Russia and will last till the end of this year. The exhibition will consist of three sections. The first section will present a book and illustration exposition.

      

      The visitor will see books from the collection of the Mendeleyev Scientific Library, with the description of works by the Soviet and Russian film directors from the 1930s till the present. The exhibition will be accompanied with screenings of Soveit feature films of various years.

      

      The second section of the exhibition is the photo gallery Film Epoch in Persons, which will display portraits of famous Soviet and Russian stage and film actors. In the third section the visitors will see an exposition of the Soviet posters.
