Russia will take part in the meeting with the member states of OPEC and other oil producers. The parties intend to discuss the problem of low commodity prices and the coordination of possible reduction of production volume. This was announced by the Energy Minister Aleksandr Novak, as TASS reports.

      “The date does not depend on us. We can meet at any time. Now the date is being discussed with other countries”- the official said answering the question of the date of the meeting. Novak also stressed that his agency had not yet calculated the possible decline in oil production. “No, there are no such calculations. This is, so to say, a separate situation, if it comes to that” - he stressed.
