The bill for simplified and free visas to participants of the FIFA World Cup 2018 has been submitted to the Russian State Duma.

      According to amendments, visas will be issued within three working days and free of charge provided that the foreign participants are included in the FIFA lists. According to preliminary estimates, these lists will include 10 thousand people. The simplified visa system will work till December 31, 2018.

      The bill will also allow the foreigners participating in preparing the competitions to omit getting the Russian work permit.
