More Funds to Be Allocated for Free Drugs

Russian government is considering the bill on better financing of fully subsidized drugs and medical products.

More funds will be appropriated for free drugs if the government adopts the bill providing a 7 per cent add-up to the established standard in 2016.

This year 707 rubles are allocated for one person. If the bill is adopted, the standard will increase by 7 percent and reach 758 rubles. These are the means to provide medicines, medical products, and medical foods to disabled children in Russia.
