In 2016, open government will hold training courses for Russian ministers and their deputies in Singapore. They will study the best international practices in the field of public administration. This was reported by RIA Novosti. As the Minister for Open Government Affairs Mikhail Abyzov says, Russia and Singapore agreed to hold this event on November 17.
According to Abizov, the Russian government is working out a program of serious changes in the standards of governance. It is planned to change the culture of public service, as well as to introduce organizational and technical innovations. Russia intends to develop cooperation with Singapore, as it is a leader in this field.
Meeting of Russian-Singapore intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov took place in Moscow on November 17.
