After the positions of the “Islamic state” in the Syria Raqqa declared terrorists’ capital were attacked, the militants started evacuating their families to the town of Mosul on the territory of Iraq also controlled by the Islamic State. This is written by the Lebanese newspaper “Al Akhbar”.

      According to the publication, “confusion reigns” among terrorists. In anticipation of new attacks the extremists left their headquarters and moved to the residential areas. In fear of airstrikes the radicals have reduced the number of patrols on the streets of the city captured by them. As it is noted, at least 12 militants were killed, including those of high rank, as a result of the attacks of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Other unconfirmed reports tell about the deaths of 100 militants.

      During the day of October 2 the aircrafts of the Aerospace Forces (ASF) of Russia inflicted pinpoint strikes on the nine objects of the “Islamic State” in Syria, including a command centre, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. So, as a result of the six flights on October 2, three objects of the terrorist infrastructure were destroyed. In particular, the pinpoint strike of the concrete-penetrating air bomb BetAB-500 from the Su-34 aircraft destroyed a secure command centre of one of the gangs near the town of Raqqa, as well as an underground bunker with a warehouse of explosives and ammunition.
