The debts for the construction of the “Vostochny” cosmodrome totaling 35 billion roubles must be paid to the “Dalspetsstroy” Enterprise. This was announced on Friday, August 7, by the Head of the company Yuri Volkodav. According to him, the customer of the works at the cosmodrome - the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) - owes 20 billion roubles, other companies and organizations owe another 15 billion roubles.

      “They owe 15 billion to us and another 20 billion for “Vostochny” cosmodrome, a total of 35 billion” – Volkodav said. – “The claims to “Dalspetsstroy” amount to about 2 billion roubles, 350 million have already been through the courts, and there are court orders we are working with” – Vesti.ru writes.

      According to him, the company currently spends their working capital on the performance of works at the cosmodrome. “We took loans in 2014, we received financing for “Vostochny” in the amount of 2.4 billion roubles, and only the expenditures on wages alone amounted to more than 3 billion roubles” – Volkodav explained.
