Russia regards the USA as one of the perspective markets for oil export. This has been reported today by the Head of the Ministry of Economy and Trade Development of the RF German Gref in the opening speech at a Russian-American seminar on oil transportation and oil markets.
      
       “Russia annually increases its presence on world markets and in the first instance we consider the possibility of incrementing supplies to the USA”, - noted the minister.
      
       At the same time Mr. Gref mentioned that at present there are certain limitations for increase of oil supplies related to transport infrastructure.
