The Lack Of Funds In Rossiyskiy Credit Makes Up To 50 Billion Roubles

The lack of funds in the capital of the “Russian Credit” banking group (including Mosstroieconombank, the banks AMB and “Tula Industrialist”) makes up not less than 50 billion roubles.

This was announced by the Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank (CB) Mikhail Sukhov, according to TASS. He also noted that allocating money for the financial recovery of banks would be an unreasonable step. Rehabilitation would require allocation of 65 billion roubles. At this, the responsibility of the Deposit Insurance Agency to the population amounts to 57 billion roubles. Sukhov said that the fate of the bank “Tula Industrialist” would be solved after it was checked by the interim administration.

Earlier on July 24 the Central Bank revoked the licenses from “Rossiyskiy Credit” (45th place in the banking system), Mosstroieconombank (112th place) and AMB (186th place).
