Russian Scientist Accuses Dan Brown of Plagiarism

Russian scientist Mikhail Anikin from St.-Petersburg wants to go to law against the author of the bestseller 'The Da Vinci Code'.

The scientist is sure he is the one who managed to unriddle the code of the famous painting and made up the notion 'Da Vinci Code'. Upon long years of research Anikin offered quite a new interpretation of 'Mona Lisa': it's not a portrait but an allegoric picture. One half of the face depicts Christ while the other half images Madonna. This very interpretation is given in the American bestseller, without any reference to a particular expert. Not long ago Dan Brown was already accused of plagiarism but the London court did not find him guilty.

It is not known yet when the Russian scientist will bring the case before the court.
