At the end of April Moscow is expected to brighten up in the course of a street painting project in the framework of the seminar 'Streets and Buildings of Moscow - Urban Environment of the Third Millennium'. Artists will paint some houses, buildings of factories and tunnels.
      
      The project implementation will start in Basmannyi district.
      
      'Even a transformer pillar must be beautiful!'- proclaim the artists. Multicoloured patterns will sparkle on the walls of houses, clouds will float along the arches of auto tunnels and a funny horse will be riding at the "box" of an electric substation. First of all the artists will change the appearance of the Syromyatnichesky Tunnel leading to the former wine factory. The matter is the building of the factory has been given over to an art-centre with a variety of galleries and an exhibition hall. Other 'gray spots' will be conquered and transformed by artists a bit later.
