The Moscow authorities are going to sell the premises of the capital’s most famous gastronome on Tverskaya Street, according to RBC.
The non-residential premises of “Eliseevsky Shop” in an apartment building with the total area of 5.3 thousand sq. m will be put up for auction, according to the press release of the Department of City Property of Moscow. In addition to the main shopping area occupied by the food network “Alye Parusa”, there are basement and auxiliary areas, as well as the areas on the upper floors of the building. Today the premises are leased by “Eliseevskiy Shop” OJSC. According to preliminary estimates, the cost of the lot will be no less than 2.5 billion roubles. Long-term lease agreements will encumber the object as it will be sold, which implies interest of its current tenant, as well as of new investors.
