The Youth Department of Rostov-on-Don is holding a contest for the best selfie on the background of a favorite place in the city.

      The participants of the “Youth Rostov” contest are offered to make a self-portrait (selfie), making a photo of himself or herself on the background of his or her favorite place in the Don capital.

      The photos are to be placed in the social network “VKontakte” or “Instagram” with the mark (hashtag) #rostovmolodoy (“youth Rostov”). The results will be announced at the city festival “Tatyana Day 2015” which will be held on January 26 at the Theatre named after Gorky. The winners will receive surprises and gifts.
