The Russian company plans to build a station costing 550 billion roubles on the moon.

      The Russian company “Lin Industrial” intends to build a station costing 550 billion roubles on the moon. It is reported by TASS referring to the General Designer of the company Aleksandr Ilyin.

      “The possible term of the project implementation is ten years from the beginning of decision-making, five years of these being the direct station deployment and the work of crews” – Ilyin stated. It is noted that 13 rocket launches are needed for creation of the station. 37 launches within five years are necessary for maintenance of its operation. An advanced version of “Angara” may be used as a carrier rocket. It is noted that the expeditions to the moon are scheduled for after 2030.
