The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has noted the claim by the resident of Moscow for 4.5 million roubles against the fast food restaurant “McDonald’s”.

The plaintiff Olga Gavrikova claims that her finger phalanx was cut off in one of the restaurants of the chain, as “Interfax” reports. “The consideration of the claim for compensation of moral damage is appointed for December 9” - the press service of the court said. According to LifeNews, the surname of the victim is Gavrilova.

According to her words, the incident occurred in February of 2012 in “McDonald’s” on Bolshaya Ordynka. “I was buying food not inside the restaurant, but on the street. I have already paid and was picking up food, when the employee of “McDonald’s” began to close the sash of the distribution window. At this point another sash fell and dropped right on my finger, cutting it off.”
