The news about merger of Gasprom and Rosneft companies has become a real landmark in the fate of both. The gas monopoly has enjoyed the stock price flare-up. As of Tuesday Gasprom’s capitalization saw a 15 per cent growth, and on Wednesday morning the shares went another 9 per cent up.
       So the price of Gasprom has already increased to the amount exceeding the assets of Rosneft absorbed by Gasprom. The officials are already making plans to aggrandize the power of the state oil and gas super enterprise.
