Igor Petrov, the chief of the fire brigade of the Nizhnyaya Sanarka Settlement in the Troitsk District saved a person on the way to work.

      The press service of the Chelyabinsk Region EMERCOM reported about it.

      When walking to his job place in Urazayevsky Settlement early in the morning, Igor Petrov spotted clouds of smoke being issued from a window on the 3rd floors of a multi-storey building. Having broken the entrance door open, he noticed an unconscious old man lying in bed. The firefighter grabbed and manhandled him out of the flat filled with smoke. In a few minutes the fire victim regained consciousness.

      The fire brigade promptly arrived at the site and managed to stifle the fire fast.
