Qiwi, a leading Russian payment system, has announced of a change in its board of directors, including the appearance of former Google top executive Osama Bedier along with three other new directors.
The former vice president of Google Wallet, a senior executive at PayPal and eBay, is seen as a key personality to take Qiwi to a whole new level.
The number of the board members will be expanded from 11 to 12. Earlier, Qiwi announced a dividend payment worth $16.7 million for 2013, 0.32 cents a share.
