The Management of the Ford Sollers Plant (Joint Venture of Ford Motor Company and “Sollers” OJSC) in Vsevolzhsk district of Leningrad oblast offered to pay five monthly salaries to each worker to be dismissed by agreement of the parties.

      Some of the company’s employees agreed to the terms of the employer, as the chairman of the professional organization of the inter-regional professional union of the automotive industry personnel (MPRA) on the enterprise Igor Temchenko reported.

      “Some employees accepted the offer of the management to dismiss them by agreement of the parties with the payment of five salaries to them. One salary is about 44 thousand roubles” - Igor Temchenko said. Thus, the amount of payment to each employee can make up about 200 thousand roubles. The representative of Ford Sollers confirmed that the joint venture has made the offer to pay five salaries to employees made ​​redundant by the enterprise, without specifying the total amount.

      According to Igor Temchenko, the plant professional union of MPRA at “Ford” is going to find out how many people agreed to the terms of the company, as well as how many workers will be dismissed and which positions will be cut.
